How often do you train and what does your training look like?

Normally, we train 2-3 times a day. The training includes specific athletic/strength training, team and individual training, but also at least two video sessions to prepare for games. After our games on Sunday we usually have Monday off and it is used for regeneration and then it starts all over again.

Does your team have certain rituals?

Before the game, we take a walk as a team, go for coffee together and then all go to the hall together.

How do you motivate yourselves before a game?

Before the game, the coaching staff and the players get together and we shout our battle cry of "So, G'sell, so!" to prepare us for the next 40 minutes. This is an exclamation that dates back to 1440 and is still shouted by our town bouncer every hour on the hour in all directions from our church tower "Daniel".

How do you celebrate after a win?

We celebrate victories together with our partners and fans in one of the many Nördlingen restaurants and live the #WE with our Angels family. It's always best to celebrate together.
